That phrase—“as much as the hardware allows”—has been used in several EA responses, and it underlines a practical design limitation. EA wants to maintain the core feel and gameplay mechanics of its flagship sports titles, but recognizes Switch 2 might not support every visual feature or system integration.
This leaves a gray area: what exactly will be trimmed or modified? Will Ultimate Team be included? What about Career Mode depth, commentary packages, or graphical fidelity? EA has not revealed specifics. The only certainty is that the company is not going the route of featureless updates. These games are being built “specifically for the platform,” and that at least opens the door to Fut 26 Coins solid, if not identical, versions.
